glenn schrooyenandClaude eb8375157d UX-45: count priced hours in the wizard, fill chart holes by the add-on's cover rule, mark only for price-mode batteries

glenn schrooyenandClaude 17c6048417 UX-45: Home price chart draws one bar per price step the add-on uses
checks / unit (pull_request) Successful in 40m15s
infra-pin / fresh (pull_request) Successful in 1s
With 15-minute prices the chart now has one bar per quarter (92/96/100),
not hour averages; hourly and static tariffs still draw one bar per hour.
Cheap and dear marks come from the kept priceruns result (battery modes
on) or the arbitrage verdict's two points (off), not a thirds split.
A missing quarter is an empty bar. Removes plan.average_tip (EN/NL).

README and FIELD-GUIDE.md said the PDF was not rebuilt; it was, on
2026-10-17. Its content is still v0.1.0 and outdated. Rewrap the
DOCS.md intro line. Text only.

The add-on is wired to the inverter's RS485 port labelled EMS. Reword
README, DOCS, config description, field guide source and HTML. The HA
manufacturer string is left unchanged: test_mqtt pins it byte for byte.
