SAFETY-118 line: the add-on already turns a kW forecast into W
(main.py read_inputs, abs(raw) < 50), so only the settings-page warning is
wrong. Rounding note and rows: the new settings page; UX-44 also changed
one DOCS line.

The settings page contract choice read "Dynamic, hourly" / "Dynamisch,
per uur". Belgian day-ahead prices are per 15 minutes since 2025-10-01.
Now "Dynamic, every 15 minutes" / "Dynamisch, per kwartier". One DOCS
line that called dynamic pricing "hourly pricing" now says dynamic.
test_ui_text.py part 7 fails if either label says hourly again.

ui.fixed_price, ui.day_price, ui.night_price and ui.periods step 0.00001
EUR/kWh (the period editor's price input took a hard-coded 0.01). A short
c-EUR/kWh hint is added to the four field descriptions, EN and NL.
