OPT-15 and OPT-20 rows: the retry is two inverters only, and OPT-20 no
longer claims no other battery moves. SAFETY-111 added to known issues.
MAINT-19 marked as from code reading. Wording fixes in the SAFETY-112 and
MAINT-11 rows, UX-38 and the price service note.
